The PS4 patch notes were posted by a user on the Gamefaqs forum. The day-one update weighs in at 1.3GB on Sony’s PS4, and includes various fixes and improvements across the board. With certain retailers breaking the May 5 street date early, Gadgets 360 was able to obtain a copy of Prey for PlayStation 4, and they learned that the day one update is a 1.3GB download.
Arkane Studios has just pushed out a new patch for Prey on PC, and it addresses a lot of the game’s glaring problems. The most notable fix is the one for the bug that corrupts players’ save files, rendering the game literally unplayable. In addition to that, the crafting material duplication exploit has also been patched out, so that means you’ll have to play the game fairly now, without cheating your way to survival. You can check out the full patch notes down below:
- Fix to prevent Save games from becoming corrupted. Fix also returns corrupted Save games to uncorrupted state. (Also addresses some additional crashes on map loads.)
